How long does shipping take?
Order processing begins immediately upon payment confirmation and typically takes 24 to 48 business hours. Once your order is verified and packaged, it is handed over to our international logistics partner for export dispatch from our distribution hub in China.The average transit time ranges from 8 to 15 business days, depending on the country of destination, customs clearance efficiency, and the activity level of the local delivery network. In exceptional cases—such as holidays, high-volume periods, or customs inspections—delivery times may be extended.We provide a real-time tracking number for every order, allowing you to monitor its status from dispatch to final delivery. Although we cannot guarantee precise delivery dates due to third-party factors, we maintain full visibility over the logistics chain and offer assistance throughout the process should any incident occur. Can I return or exchange a product?
